Every training do straight shuttle 45 degree right left 50 tyms if drop ball restart niah. Wah piang eh, Damn tiring, but th otehr games coach plan quite fun de ^^ Lyk team bonding lyk tat. Rainie th hairstyle v. kute sia. @ netball camp got watch movie all about sports and teamwork, teamspirit...etc. Th 2 and 3 day of camp raining. Wah den we all v. th happy. Den coach say go 2 th hall there can do all th ball work den we was lyk WTH?! Den cannot argue wif coach den go up 2 hall lol. Den hal there Raymond playing th piano, Den annabell(NETBALL SENIOR) tell Raymond "Raymond, Out!" Thn was lyk v. funny lol. Hahah, Den third day kns :/ Coach ask run 40 rounds sia.Den got do 50 push-up, 50 sit-up...etc Den relay run. Wah piang eh, Was lyk damn tiring sia. Then break camp liao lol. Zzz. Damn tired nw.

Straight Shuttle
Den we can't catch the ball Coach v. angry niah,
So ask us within 5 min must finish 50 tyms of throwing the ball . Lol. wtf , in the end, 0 balls
So do 100 tyms push up.
Although we do finish, our knee keep touching the ground. Den coach v. piss offf den said ' You guys have no self-discpline! I dun want 2 c ur guys face anymore!'
Den we the whole team was lyk LOL?!
Den coach packed up wif Fiona and annabell
Leave the skool.
Den we do the own training.
We play chop chilli chop, break the ice, bomb..etc
Damn fun niah. It was lyk bonding for the whole team niah. ^^ Den i saw Joshua & Jiaming in NCC woah.
2day got Ava outing, but mother dun allow, so nvr go ^^

- 45 degree left and right 150 tyms(Drop ball, restart to 0)
- Run outside the sch for (5rounds)
I didn't preform well ytd. I can't throw the ball properly to tat person. And i can't catch the ball too. Hais. Shld i quit netball? Cuz i tink i'm the one who iss keeping netball pace down...
